Delhi: The 40th match of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2025 is being played between Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) and Delhi Capitals (DC) at Ekana Stadium in Lucknow. Delhi Capitals captain Akshar Patel won the toss and decided to bowl first, which proved to be completely correct. Delhi bowlers performed brilliantly, limiting the Lucknow team to only 159 runs in 20 overs.

Lucknow Super Giants scored 159 runs at the loss of 6 wickets in 20 overs in their innings against Delhi Capitals. Abdul Samad (3 runs) was dismissed in 13.2 overs, Mitchell Marsh (for 110) in 13.6 overs. After this, Ayush Badoni (for 159 runs) in 19.4 overs and Rishabh Pant also returned to the pavilion once again in 19.4 overs.
