Delhi: Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) team is stuck in Lucknow after the Indian Premier League (IPL) was suspended between 2025. RCB’s team had reached the city for the match against Lucknow Super Giants (LSG). But, due to the increasing tension between India and Pakistan, the tournament has been stopped in the middle and now all the remaining matches will be scheduled again.

BCCI has taken fast steps to return home to all players and team staff. The RCB team is currently waiting for the next order of the board.

PBKS-DC players returned to Delhi safely

Earlier on May 8, the match between Punjab Kings and Delhi Capitals was going on in Dharamshala, which had to be stopped after 10.1 overs. It was earlier said that the match was canceled due to technical problems, but later it was reported that the situation was black out in the area due to the bad situation near the border. After this, the audience and players present in the stadium were asked to leave from there.

BCCI has taken Punjab Kings (PBKS) and Delhi Capitals (DC) players, broadcasting crew and the rest of the staff safe from there after the match was canceled. Players and others of both teams first reached Jalandhar from Dharamshala via road, after which they were sent to Delhi by special Vande Bharat train.
