Delhi: The third match of the 5 matches of T20I series running between West Indies and Australia was played at St. Kitts, where Australia once again won the third match. With this victory, the Kangaroos took an unassailable 3-0 lead in the series and won the sixth consecutive T20.

In the third match, both teams saw one century each. West Indies veteran opener Shai Hope played an unbeaten 102 run innings. In response, Tim David of Australia chased the target and scored an unbeaten 102 runs in 37 balls with the help of 11 sixes and 6 fours. Surprisingly, both batsmen scored the same runs, but David’s stormy innings proved to be decisive in winning the team.

Hope became the second West Indies batsman to score a century in all three formats

Hope created history by scoring the first T20I century of his career. He scored an unbeaten 102 runs with 8 fours and 6 sixes in 57 balls. Along with this, he has become the second West Indies player to score a century in all three formats (Test, ODI, T20I). Before that, only Chris Gayle achieved this achievement.

Shai Hope’s name recorded in record book
