Delhi: A unique incident was seen in the third match of the ODI series between West Indies and England, when West Indies fast bowler Alzarri Joseph got angry at his captain Shai Hope. In the fourth over of England’s innings, Joseph looked unhappy with the fielding setup, but despite this, Hope did not change the field placement. Due to this, Joseph’s anger reached the seventh sky and he walked out of the field expressing disagreement about the fielding.

After winning the toss, West Indies invited England to bat first. Matthew Ford took the wicket early and when Joseph came to bowl the third over, he discussed fielding with captain Hope. Joseph expressed his displeasure through gestures only after the first ball of the over. During this, he raised his hand towards the fielders standing in the hope and slip.
Despite the anger, Joseph bowled brilliantly and dismissed Jordan Cox at a speed of 148 kmph. However, even after getting the wicket, he did not celebrate and anger was clearly visible on his face.
Joseph left the field
As soon as the over was over, Joseph walked out of the field, leaving West Indies with only 10 players in the next over. After his exit, substitute player Hayden Walsh Jr. was ready to come on the field. However, Joseph returned in the 12th over and took over the responsibility of bowling.
