The video of this strange incident is becoming increasingly viral on social media. However, despite this effort, Pollard could not hit the ball. This incident happened in the 24th match of the tournament, in which the teams of New York Strikers and UP Nawabs were face to face.
Let us tell you that Pollard’s performance in this match was nothing special. He scored only 12 runs in 21 balls without hitting any boundary.
Batting first, the New York Strikers team scored 74/6 runs in 10 overs. For the team, Dewald Brevis played an inning of 33 runs in 16 balls with the help of 1 four and 3 sixes. During this period, only three batsmen of the team could cross the double figures.
After this, UP Nawabs easily won the match by scoring 75/1 in 6.1 overs. For the team, captain Rahmanullah Gurbaz scored unbeaten 31* runs in 21 balls with the help of 4 fours and 1 six.
