Delhi: The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) on Friday unveiled the new jersey of India’s ODI team. This jersey, manufactured by German sportswear company Adidas, was launched by BCCI Secretary Jai Shah and women’s cricket team captain Harmanpreet Kaur.

New jersey decorated with shades of tricolor
According to the video shared on social media platforms X and Instagram, the three stripes on the shoulders in the new jersey have been given the shade of the tricolor. The blue color of the jersey is slightly lighter than the previous jersey, but it has been given a special look by giving it a darker color on the sides.
Harmanpreet Kaur expressed happiness
On the launch of the new jersey, captain Harmanpreet Kaur said, “It is an honor for me that the new jersey was launched in my presence. I am very happy with its look, especially the tricolor on the shoulders makes it more special.”
New jersey will be seen for the first time in the series against West Indies
The Indian women’s cricket team will take the field wearing this new jersey for the first time during the West Indies tour in December. Showing a glimpse of the jersey, BCCI said that it is a symbol of pride for the players and fans.
