Delhi: The third Test match between India and Australia was disrupted due to rain in Brisbane, while the third Test match between New Zealand and England is being held at Seddon Park in Hamilton. England decided to bowl first and here fast bowler Gus Atkinson performed brilliantly. He accomplished a special feat in his debut year, which only one bowler could do before. Second bowler to take 50 wickets in debut year

Gus Atkinson made a new record by taking 50 wickets in his debut year. He has become the second bowler in the history of cricket to take 50 wickets in the first calendar year after debuting in Test cricket. Attinckson has played 11 test matches so far and has taken more than 50 wickets in his name. Earlier this feat was done by Australian fast bowler Terry Alderman in 1981, who took 54 wickets in his debut year.
