Delhi: Vikrant Ravindra Kenny has been appointed captain of the Indian team for the Divyang Champions Trophy starting in Sri Lanka from January 12. Indian Disabled Cricket Council announced this team, and also told that India will play its first match against Pakistan.

The Indian team was selected during a training camp organized in Jaipur, in which the players showcased their talent in front of the selection panel. This camp was presided over by Rohit Jalani, who is also the head coach of the Indian disabled cricket team.
India is the defending champion
India is the defending champion of this tournament, as they won the Champions Trophy by defeating England in 2019. This time the Indian team will start its journey with the first match against Pakistan, after that it will face England and host Sri Lanka.

Vikrant Ravindra Kenny (captain), Ravindra Gopinath Sante (vice-captain), Yogender Singh (wicketkeeper), Akhil Reddy, Radhika Prasad, Dependra Singh (wicketkeeper), Akash Anil Patil, Sunny Goyat, Pawan Kumar, Jitendra, Narendra, Rajesh, Nikhil Manhas, Aamir Hasan, Majid Magre, Kunal Dattatreya Phanas and Surendra have been selected.
