Jaipur: Star player Shubman Gill, who won the team by playing a unique innings of 87 runs in the first ODI played between India and England, has revealed his best shot selection in a podcast. In a conversation with former Team India player Murali Karthik, he said, “When he was a play on 70 runs, England fast bowler Bridan Cars bowled a short ball and on which he played the bridge shot and sent him for four runs.”
He described this bridge shot as his favorite shot of that day. India’s 25 -year -old star cricketer also spoke to Anant Tyagi, Suresh Raina and Sanjay Bangar during this period.
During this, he also mentioned the names of his three favorite shots. He said that apart from the bridge shot, I like to play straight and cover drives and these are my favorite strokes. Gill is the vice-captain of the current Indian ODI team and will help Rohit Sharma during the current series and the Champions Trophy.
