Delhi: Indian T20 team captain and explosive batsman Suryakumar Yadav has recently made a big investment in real estate. He has bought two magnificent residential flats in the Deonar area of Mumbai, whose total price is said to be around Rs 21.1 crore.
Where has Suryakumar flat?
Suryakumar has bought two magnificent flats at Godrej Sky Terrace in Devnar. This project is spread over 1.05 acres and their flats are located on different floors.
According to the Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA), the total carpet area of these flats is 4,222.76 sq ft (392.36 sq meter) and the total built area is 4,568 sq ft (424.46 sq meter). These include 3bhk and 4bhk layout. Apart from this, they have also received six car parking spaces. For this deal, Suryakumar has paid a stamp duty of ₹ 1.26 crore and a registration fee of ₹ 30,000.
This investment of Suryakumar Yadav shows his growing popularity and economic prosperity. He is involved in BCCI’s Grade B Central Contract, under which he gets Rs 3 crore annually.
Mumbai Indians also captained IPL 2025
Currently, Suryakumar is playing for Mumbai Indians in IPL 2025. In the season’s opening match, in the absence of Hardik Pandya, he captained the team against Chennai Super Kings (CSK). However, in this match, Mumbai Indians had to face defeat by 4 wickets.
Suryakumar may have made a delay in international cricket, but he proved himself an important player of Indian cricket in a very short time. His performance in T20 format has been excellent.
