Delhi: At the age of 43, Mahendra Singh Dhoni has taken another big record. Dhoni has now become the highest run -scorer for Chennai Super Kings (CSK) in the history of the Indian Premier League (IPL). He achieved this milestone in the IPL 2025 match played against Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) at MA Chidambaram Stadium on Friday.

Dhoni scored an unbeaten 30 off 16 balls, including 2 sixes and 3 fours. However, CSK suffered a loss by 50 runs in this match, but Dhoni’s batting became a special moment for the fans present in the stadium.
With this innings, Dhoni has scored 4699 runs in 236 matches for CSK and Mr. IPL has become the biggest scorer of the team, leaving behind Suresh Raina. Earlier this record was in the name of Raina, who scored 4687 runs for CSK.
