Delhi: On Saturday, a very tragic incident took place in Kunjar village of Tung Marg area of Jammu and Kashmir, when a 13 -year -old boy died of a ball during a local cricket match.
The deceased has been identified as Shahzeb Muzaffar Shah, who was the son of Muzaffar Ahmed Shah. Shahzeb Government Middle School was a promising student of Kunjar and was extremely obsessed with cricket.
According to eyewitnesses, during the game the ball came on Shahzeb’s neck, causing him to fall on the ground. His friends immediately rushed him to the Primary Health Center, but due to his condition being critical, the doctors referred him to Srinagar Hospital.
Unfortunately, the innocent died on the way to Srinagar. After the incident, a wave of mourning spread in the village. Local people and teachers expressed deep grief over his untimely death, describing Shahzeb as a promising and talented student.
This incident has become a painful memory for everyone, which has again given attention to the importance of safety measures during the game. Significantly, there was a recent terrorist attack in Pahalgam, in which 26 innocent people lost their lives. Now this painful accident in Kunjar village has made the atmosphere even more warm.
