Kylian Mbappe Prepared to Receive Easy Money

Paris - Kylian Mbappe has decided to remain with PSG until the end of his contract. The club's management has issued a threat, indicating they might sideline the striker, resulting in Mbappe essentially receiving easy money!

The Daily Mail reports that Kylian Mbappe met with Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) President Nasser Al Khelaifi earlier this week. Mbappe emphasized his intention to stay in the City of Paris until his contract expires in the summer of 2024.

This decision has left PSG's management in a difficult situation. PSG had plans to sell Kylian Mbappe during this summer's transfer window, as they were unwilling to let the player leave on a free transfer and miss out on potential earnings.

In reality, there have been offers from Al Hilal. However, the 24-year-old player has declined the opportunity to play in Saudi Arabia, indicating his desire to continue competing on European soil.

PSG had previously issued a warning to Kylian Mbappe. If Mbappe refused to be sold, he would be benched throughout the 2023/2024 season.

This implies that Mbappe is now facing the possibility of receiving easy money!

As reported by Metro, Kylian Mbappe receives a salary of 1.3 million Euros per week at PSG, equivalent to around Rp 21 billion. It remains to be seen whether the club will take further steps, such as reducing his salary, in response to his refusal to depart.

Although receiving "easy money" might sound appealing, Mbappe could be in a precarious position if he doesn't play during the upcoming 2023/2024 season. Remember that 2024 will host the European Championship, and Mbappe is crucial to the French National Team's squad.

Mbappe requires playing time to maintain his performance and stamina at the highest level."
