Delhi: The 37th match of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2025 is being played between Punjab Kings (PBKS) and Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) today. Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB), headed by Rajat Patidar, won the toss and decided to bowl first and invited Punjab Kings (PBKS) to bat. In response, Punjab Kings scored 157 runs losing 6 wickets in 20 overs.

Pbks shift

Punjab started a great start, from the beginning, both opener young batsman Priyansh Arya (22 runs, 15 balls) and Prabhasimran Singh (33 runs, 17 balls) gave a fast start. But first Krunal Pandya dismissed Priyansh and then Prabhasimran also returned to the pavilion in the 7th over of the innings. However, captain Shreyas Iyer (6 runs) and Nehal Vadhera (5 runs) were dismissed cheaply.

Wicketkeeper Josh English played a fast innings of 29 runs, but as soon as his wicket fell, Punjab’s run slowed down. Shashank Singh (31) tickled the run to the end and took the team to a respectable score (157) in association with Marco Yanson (25).

RCB bowlers performance

RCB bowlers bowled in full match. Suyash Sharma took 2 wickets for just 26 runs in 4 overs, while Krunal Pandya also got 2 successes. Both Bhuvneshwar Kumar and Josh Hazelwood did not get wickets but they bowled brilliantly in the end over. Now Royal Challengers Bangalore a target of 158 runs.
