Delhi: Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) has announced to increase the salary of women cricketers. The salary of women players from Grade A to Grade D will be increased by 20 percent. This announcement was made on Saturday. Apart from this, different incentive amounts will also be given for winning ODI and T20I matches against different ranked teams.

Change in salary according to grade:
- grade A: Nigar Sultana Joti, Farzana Haq, Ritu Moni and Nahida Akhtar will now get 1,20,000 BDT (about Rs 85,652) every month.
- grade B: Fahima Khatoon, Shamima Sultana, Sharmin Akhtar Supta, Murshida Khatoon, Marufa Akhtar and Rabeya will get 1,00,000 BDT (about Rs 71,376) every month.
- grade c: Shobhana Mostory, Lata Mondol, Jahanara Alam and Shoma Akhtar will now be given 70,000 BDT (about Rs 49,963) every month.
- grade d: Disha Biswas, Sultana Khatoon, Dilara Akhtar and Shati Rani will get 60,000 BDT (about Rs 42,826) every month.
Apart from this, women cricketers will get Rs 35,688 for defeating teams ranked 1 to 3 in T20 and ODI, Rs 24,982 for winning against teams ranked 4-6, and Rs 21,413 for winning against teams ranked 7-9. Will meet. This rule will be applicable in both formats (T20 and ODI).
