Delhi: Kavin Peterson, Mentor of Delhi Capitals (DC), has decided to take a short break from the Indian Premier League (IPL 2025) after a banging victory against Chennai Super Kings (CSK). According to the Times of India report, Peterson left for Maldives directly from Chennai. He will not be present in the next match of the team, which will be played against Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) on 10 April at M. Chinnaswamy Stadium.
However, Peterson will re -connect the team before the domestic match against Mumbai Indians on April 13 in Delhi.
In his absence, Hemang Badani and Vengupal Rao will take over the responsibility of the team. Badani has been given the role of interim head coach and Vengupal Rao as Cricket Director (DOC). At the same time, Munaf Patel is playing the role of bowling coach and Matthew Motor Fielding Coach.
