Delhi: On March 20, Thursday, there will be a meeting of the Captain of all 10 franchisees of IPL 2025 at the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI). Team managers have also been called in this meeting.
BCCI and IPL officials have informed the franchise through email about this meeting. According to reports, this meeting will start at 12 noon. Its main objective is to give team representatives about some new changes in IPL 2025.
Sponsoring activities
After the meeting, the Taj Hotel will have sponsor -related activities. The entire program will run for about four hours and finally there will be a group photoshoot of all the captains.
Changes in pre-tournament tradition
Traditionally, such meetings are held in the city of the first match of the IPL season. But this year, the meeting will be held in Mumbai, changing the tradition.

Start of IPL 2025
According to reports, most of the captains and players have joined their respective teams. In such a situation, the inaugural match of IPL 2025 will be played on March 22 between Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) and Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) at Eden Gardens.
