Theft worth lakhs at Ben Stokes’ house
The thieves carried out the theft incident at Ben Stokes’ house on 17 October. On this day, when the England team was playing a test series against Pakistan, thieves broke into his house in Durham, England during the night. It was fortunate that Stokes’ wife Radcliffe and children Liton and Libby were not harmed. But thieves took away 3 chains, 1 locket, 1 ring and his wife’s expensive purse as well as his medal from his house.
Stokes appealed to fans on social media
While giving information on his X account, Stokes wrote that, ,On October 17, some masked people entered his house in Castle Eden area of Durham and looted it. This scoundrel has many jewels, Others stole valuables and some personal belongings and ran away, Many of these items hold special emotional significance for my family. Thank God that the miscreants did not physically harm my wife and children. This incident has affected our emotional and mental state. I am uploading photos of some things here.
