Delhi: Shikhar Dhawan, former opener of the Indian cricket team, has made a big disclosure about the difficult life after his divorce. A Delhi court had approved Dhawan’s divorce and said that he had to face mental torture by his wife. According to the court, Ayesha did not allow Dhawan to meet his son for many years and failed to deny these allegations. Shikhar could not get permanent custody of his son Zorawar. However, the court has given him the right to meet.
The left -handed opener retired from all the formats of cricket in 2024. He has played 34 Tests, 167 ODIs and 68 T20 matches for India. Between 2013 and 2022, he scored more than 10,000 international runs and scored 17 centuries in ODIs. He was also part of the team winning the Champions Trophy of India in 2013. His last international match was played in December 2022.
