Apart from this, Brook has become the fourth batsman to complete 1,000 Test runs in 2024. Before him, Joe Root, Ben Duckett and India’s Yashasvi Jaiswal have achieved this feat. Brook has scored 1,044 runs in just 11 tests, with an average of 61.41.
