Gill and Abhishek have played together

Gill and Abhishek have played cricket together for Punjab at the junior level. The two were also together in the 2020 Under-19 World Cup, where India won the title by defeating Australia. In that tournament, Shubman Gill was the highest run batsman in India and his average was more than 100.

Shubman Gill has scored 1893 runs in 32 Tests so far. His average has been 35.05, including 5 centuries and 7 half -centuries. Of these, he has played 13 Tests on foreign land in which he has scored 649 runs. His only century came against Bangladesh abroad.
