CSA gave such a reply to BCCI: SA players out of IPL 2025 playoffs.

League stage round matches will be played by 27 May. This will be followed by qualifier-1 and eliminator on May 29 and 30 and then on June 1, qualifier-2 and finals will be held on 3 June.

According to the first schedule, the final was scheduled to be held on 25 May, but due to the change in the schedule, many teams will have to face problems. Because the World Test Championship Final will be played from 11-15 June. Australian and South African players are difficult to play till the IPL final due to national duty.

The Australia Cricket Board has left its players that they can play if they want to play the entire IPL. But the South Africa Cricket Board has ordered its players to return home by 26 May.

According to reports, the BCCI contacted Cricket South Africa to allow its players to remain in the IPL, but the CSA rejected the BCCI’s request, giving preference to the final. South Africa’s head coach Shukri Conrad said that CSA CEOs are talking to IPL officers, but they are not going to change their decision.

According to the report of Cricbuzz, Shukri Conrad told,

“The initial agreement with IPL and BCCI was that the final will be held on May 25, our players will return on the 26th so that they get enough time before we leave. We are about to retreat on this. We want our players back on 26th, and hopefully it will be successful. “
