Due to injury during Duleep Trophy, he could not participate in the T20 series against Bangladesh and South Africa. But, now being fit, he performed brilliantly for the Mumbai team.

Shivam scored 71 runs on 36 balls
Shivam Dubey played a explosive inning of 71 runs in 36 balls in the match played against Services at Rajiv Gandhi Stadium in Hyderabad. His innings included 7 sixes and 2 fours. His strike rate was around 200, which helped the team to score a strong score. Along with Dubey, Suryakumar Yadav also scored 70 runs in 47 balls, which included 7 fours and 4 sixes. On the basis of their performance, Mumbai scored a big score of 192 runs for 4 wickets.
Shivam Dubey has been playing for Chennai Super Kings for the last few years and the team has retained him for IPL 2025 for Rs 12 crore. Along with Dubey, CSK has also retained key players like MS Dhoni, Ravindra Jadeja, Ruturaj Gaikwad and Pathirana.
