Delhi: After the disappointing performance of Chennai Super Kings (CSK) in the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2025, the legendary player of the team Mahendra Singh Dhoni has returned to Ranchi. Away from the dazzling of cricket, the former Indian captain is spending time at his farmhouse these days. Recently, a picture of Dhoni went viral on social media, in which he is seen catching fish. In the picture, he is wearing a black T-shirt, on which it is written: “Duty, Honor, Country.”
On the question asked by Dhoni about his IPL future, he said, “It depends. I have four-five months to think. There is no hurry to do what to do now. Now I will go to Ranchi and enjoy a bike ride in my city.” He made this statement after the final league match of CSK, indicating that he would take time for rest before taking any decision on his future.
Dhoni also clarified that he has not taken any final decision yet. The veteran said, “I am not saying that I am retiring, nor is I saying that I will make a comeback. I have the convenience of time and when this happens, I should take a decision only after thinking.”
