Batting first, England scored 171 runs losing 9 wickets in 20 overs. In response, the Indian team could only manage 145 runs for 9 wickets in 20 overs. For England, Ben Docket scored 51 and Liam Livingstone scored 43 runs. Varun Chakraborty was adjudged ‘Player of the Match’ for a great performance.
The fourth T20 match of this series, which has come on 2–1, will be played in Pune on 31 January.
