Delhi: Indian fast bowler Jasprit Bumrah, who is away from cricket since the Border-Gavaskar Trophy 2024-25, is now seen bowling at the nets at the National Cricket Academy (NCA) in Bangalore. A video of his bowling is going viral on social media, due to which the fans are very excited about his return. However, there has been no official confirmation about Bumrah’s return.

Bumrah last bowled in the first innings of the fifth Test of the Border-Gavaskar Trophy, but did not land in the second innings. Since then, he is running out of cricket.

When will you return?

Bumrah is a part of Mumbai Indians in IPL 2025, but has missed two matches of the team so far. Mumbai lost against Chennai Super Kings in the first match and Gujarat Titans in the second match. Now his next match will be against Kolkata Knight Riders at Wankhede Stadium on March 30, in which Bumrah is not likely to play.

According to reports, Bumrah can return to the ground by mid -April. In such a situation, the fans of Mumbai Indians and Indian team are eagerly waiting for their return.
