GT vs DC: Jose Butler speaks out on missing century, a huge moment for Rahul Tewatia

Gujarat wicketkeeper batsman Jose Butler played an unbeaten 97 off 54 balls. During this, he hit 11 fours and 4 sixes. He may remain just three runs away from the century, but he won the title of ‘Player of the Match’ by winning the team.

After the match, Butler said that he was focusing on winning the team instead of his personal score. He told that he had told Rahul Tewatia not to worry about my century, we have to win the match. He said that Rutherford can hit a six on any ball and the sixes on Mohit Sharma’s ball changed the attitude of the match. Butler also told that making the combination of left-right with him was beneficial for the team.

Jose Butler also played an important role in fielding and strengthened his team by holding a great catch. He told that it is always nice to catch such catch and this victory was very special for him.
