Delhi: India and Australia are fully prepared for the Border-Gavaskar Trophy 2024-25. Before the opening Test of the series to be played in Perth, the captains of both the teams spoke to the media. Australian captain Pat Cummins has told about his team’s preparations. He said that his team is fully prepared to win this time. He also believes that there is always pressure to play on home ground. But, their army is ready to face the challenge against a strong team like India.

Cummins said, “There is pressure while playing at home, but we take it positively. India is a great team, and there will be a tough competition in this series. “We are just focusing on one match and not worrying too much about the future.”
India has been dominant for the last 10 years
The right-arm pacer also said that winning the Border-Gavaskar Trophy would be a big achievement for him and his team is prepared in every way. He also described this series as a good opportunity to improve the records of the last 10 years.
In the 16 Border-Gavaskar series played, Team India has won 10 times, while Australia has won the series 6 times. India has won the last 4 series consecutively.
