Delhi: The five-match Test series is going on between India and Australia, in which Team India has taken a 1-0 lead by winning the first match by a huge margin of 295 runs. The next match will be played with pink ball as a day-night test on Adelaide grounds. In order to strengthen its preparations for this match, the Indian team played a two-day practice match against Australia Prime Minister’s XI, in which the guests won by 6 wickets in spectacular style.

Due to rain, the first day of the practice match was completely washed out, due to which the game was held under new rules on the second day. Both teams were given a chance to bat 46 overs each, and the team scoring the most runs was to be declared the winner.
Indian captain Rohit Sharma won the toss and decided to bowl first. Batting first, Prime Minister’s XI team was all out after scoring 240 runs in 43.2 overs. In reply, the Indian team, playing full 46 overs, scored 257 runs at the loss of 5 wickets and thus won the match. Now Team India will play the Pink Ball Test against Australia in Adelaide from 6th December.
