Delhi: The Indian Premier League (IPL), Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR), who is making headlines with his excellent performance in 2025, is now eyeing his red ball cricket. 20 -year -old Raghuvanshi has made a significant contribution to the team this season with the ability to play under his consistance and pressure.
Raghuvanshi, who has scored 241 runs in the tournament so far, has been the most successful batsman for KKR after captain Ajinkya Rahane (297 runs). Raghuvanshi’s batting not only saw classic cricket shots, but he has also shown the ability to rotate the strike, play big shots and to mold according to the situation.

In a conversation with ‘The Hindu’ after the match, Raghuvanshi said, “There are many ambitions. Every time I think of the next match. If the next match is of red ball cricket, then I think how to make a big score in it. Playing in Ranji Trophy and proving myself is my next goal.”
In his second season of IPL, Raghuvanshi got a chance to bat in different positions in the middle order. Regarding this experience, he said, “To be honest, I have only opened up. Playing in the middle order is a new experience for me. I see it as a learning process and try to give my best.”
Raghuvanshi told about the mentality of his batting that his method is still the same. He said, “Just prepare well, understand the bowler’s strategy and then react to the ball. This is my focus.”
