Delhi: A relief news has come for the five -time IPL Champion Mumbai Indians (Mi). The team’s star fast bowler Jasprit Bumrah is going to join the team soon to play in IPL 2025. According to the information received, Bumrah can attend the team camp on 6 or 7 April. He has reached Mumbai and the Center of Excellence (NCA) has given him the green signal for fitness.
It is believed that Bumrah can start his season with a match against Delhi Capitals (DC) on 13 April. He was injured on a tour of Australia in January 2025 and has not been able to play cricket since then. His back again had the same problem where he underwent surgery in 2023. For this reason, he could not even play in the Champions Trophy and missed the initial matches of IPL.
