Delhi: India’s left -handed Chinaman bowler Kuldeep Yadav recently asked the fans of Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) to “chill”, when a video went viral on social media, making fun of his RCB. Kuldeep, who is about to return to recover from injury against England, was in a YouTube live chat, where he made a fun comment on RCB.
‘Chil Yaar RCB Fans’
During the live chat, a fan asked Kuldeep if he would join the RCB franchise. Fan also said whether he could become a “goalkeeper” for the team. To this, Kuldeep gave a funny reply, “You need a trophy, not the goalkeeper, my brother. What will the goalkeeper do? “
30 -year -old Kuldeep, who has been a part of Mumbai Indians (Mi), Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) and now Delhi Capitals (DC), made his IPL debut for KKR in 2016. However, he has not yet succeeded in winning the IPL Trophy.

On January 24, Kuldeep replied to RCB fans on X (first Twitter) and wrote, “Chil Yaar RCB Fans… Trophy is yours. But I am not a goalkeeper. “
Kuldeep has played 10 matches against RCB and has taken 7 wickets. During this time his bowling average is 43 and the economy rate is 9.70.
Prior to the IPL 2025 mega auction, Delhi Capitals retained Kuldeep for Rs 13.25 crore.
