Delhi: The five-match Border-Gavaskar Test series between India and Australia has concluded. In this series, Australia defeated India 3-1, and after 10 years, India was deprived of the Border-Gavaskar Test Trophy. Rishi Dhawan announced his retirement from limited overs cricket after the group stage of Vijay Hazare Trophy. This 34-year-old cricketer has played one T20 and three ODI international matches for India. Dhawan plays domestic cricket for Himachal Pradesh and has decided to continue first-class cricket in the remaining Ranji Trophy matches.
IPL career and record in Vijay Hazare
Rishi Dhawan has played for Kings XI Punjab, Mumbai Indians and Kolkata Knight Riders in IPL. He took 25 wickets and scored 210 runs in 39 matches in IPL. Apart from this, he is the third highest wicket taker in Vijay Hazare Trophy, having taken 130 wickets so far.
