M. Chinnaswamy Stadium deemed unsafe for hosting after stampede controversy: Bad news for RCB fans

The M. Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru may stop hosting more viewers’ events because, the government has decided to take action on the findings of Justice John Michael Kunha Commission report, which have some suggestions that have some suggestions, which is unsuitable and unsafe for collective ceremonies.

Quoting the Commission to Deccan Herald, the Commission said, “Any venue should follow international standards in future.”

The committee said in its report, “The continuation of high-attendance programs at the present place until such infrastructure is changed, pose a unacceptable risk for public safety, urban mobility and emergency preparations. The existing structure obstructs the movement of pedestrians and vehicles during crowded events.”
