Kohli said, “It was not very difficult to adopt fitness from the team’s perspective, but it was very difficult to convince my mother that I am working on my fitness. She was upset that I have left the parathas and I look more lean on the field than before. “
He further said, “The players playing in other countries were asking me how I maintain so much fitness, but my mother was worried that I was getting weaker. I had to explain them again and again that I am not sick and everything is fine. It was the most difficult for me to explain this. “
