Delhi: New Zealand batsman Will Young on Wednesday scored a century in the first match of the Champions Trophy 2025 played against Pakistan in Karachi and brought his team to a strong position. Young scored 100 runs off 107 balls, in which he hit 11 fours and 1 six.
Young’s brilliant innings struggle
Young also saw some difficult moments moving towards a century. When he was on 87 runs on one occasion, there was a vigorous appeal against him, but in the replay it was clear that he was comfortably inside the crease.
