‘I go straight to KL bhaiya’

In an interview given on the BCCI website, Nitish Reddy said that whenever he has any problem or needs advice, he contacts KL Rahul without hesitation.

Rahul is the one with ‘good vibes’

Praising Rahul’s positive energy, he described him as a person with ‘good vibes’. The Indian all-rounder said, “If I have trouble with anything, I go straight to KL (Rahul) bhaiya. I always get positive energy after talking to him. The advice given by him is very useful even during the match. When I was going to bat, he gave me some suggestions, which proved beneficial for me.”

Reddy made important contribution in the first test

In the first match of the series, the Indian team was restricted to just 150 runs in the first innings. During this period, Nitish scored the highest score of 41 (59 balls) for India. In this innings, 7 fours came from his bat. In the second innings also, the young batsman scored unbeaten 38 runs in 27 balls with the help of 3 fours and 2 sixes.
