Delhi: Former Pakistan spinner Usman Qadir says that he will give his best to play for Australia. Usman reached Lahore from Australia to live with his family on the occasion of Ramadan and Eid. Talking to Jio News on this occasion, he said that he has come to Pakistan to celebrate Eid with his family and keep fast.

31 -year -old Usman Qadir, who represented Pakistan in one ODI and 25 T20 matches, retired from Pakistan cricket last year due to lack of opportunities and moved to Australia, where he has started club cricket in the first phase in Sydney.

Usman said, “Things are under control after Australia transfer. Everything is moving forward according to the plan. I will soon be seen playing domestic cricket in Australia. I am working hard to play for Australia. Decisions are taken on the basis of performance and merit and I will make my best to represent Australia.”

He further said, “I have come to Australia for the better future of myself and family. My father wanted me to play for Pakistan and then I played for Pakistan. But, then the situation that happened here is in front of everyone. I have taken a step for a better future and other people will take the same decision after me.”
