Delhi: Nicholas Puran, who played for West Indies explosive wicketkeeper batsman and Lucknow Super Giants (LSG), created history in the Indian Premier League (IPL) on Thursday. He made a special achievement by becoming the first player to hit 100 sixes for the franchise. This historic moment came to the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad against the Gujarat Titans (GT) in the match number 64 of IPL 2025.
When Puran came to the crease after Mitchell Marsh and Aiden Markram’s 91 -run opening opening partnership, they made a six off the first ball and made it clear that the storm is going to come today. It was the fourth ball of the 15th over, which was thrown by R Sai Kishore and Puran completed his 100th six by sending the ball to the stands above the long-on.
