Delhi: Former Chennai Super Kings (CSK) captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni once again proved that age is just one number. The Indian Premier League (IPL) playing for CSK against Mumbai Indians (Mi) in the first match of 2025, Dhoni sent a stand-in captain Suryakumar Yadav to the pavilion from fast stumping.

He further said, “Everyone wanted me to give them a strike and they should finish the match, but my focus was only on winning the match. They have finished many matches for CSK and will continue to do so.”
Rachin Ravindra’s great performance
Rachin Ravindra played the anchor in this match. He shared a 67 -run partnership for the second wicket with captain Rituraj Gaikwad. However, after this, three batsmen of CSK were dismissed early. Mumbai’s young bowler Vignesh Puthur took three wickets in his debut match. But Rachin and Ravindra Jadeja did not let any upside down and won CSK. Rachin played a brilliant innings of 65 runs off 45 balls, which included 2 fours and 4 sixes.
CSK’s next match will be against the Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) at their home ground on March 28.
