I do not have a hurry in a difficult situation and I feel that this is my strength. Many Indian and foreign experienced players are present in the team and I will get to learn a lot from them. I am very happy that RCB Fan has given me a lot of love in 4 years and has also supported me. I feel happy that I play for RCB. My journey has also been quite ups and downs.

Rajat Patidar revealed about the start of his cricketing career from IPL

The RCB captain further said, ‘I start with 2021. This was my first year from RCB in IPL. I got opportunities but then I was not included in the team in the auction. However, the team again included me as a replacement. I hoped that something good was going to happen to me in future. Your happiness is feeling that RCB gave me the second chance.

In 2023 I was hurt and then I had to sit out. There has been a lot of ups and downs in the journey of my cricketing career. The way fans supported me, I liked it very much. In 2024 I made a comeback. Return is not so easy for any player. I had faith in myself and this is my strength. When we were very low in the 2024 season, I had faith in myself and then we qualified. We would like to perform a bang again in the upcoming season.
