Delhi: In the Indian Premier League (IPL) Ravindra Jadeja has completed a special achievement by completing 3000 runs. He achieved this place in the match played between Chennai Super Kings (CSK) and Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) in IPL 2025. Even though CSK had to face defeat in this match, Jadeja won the hearts of fans with this personal achievement. Jadeja set this record in the 243rd match of his IPL career.

3000 runs completed in IPL

34 -year -old Jadeja has completed 3000 runs in IPL. With this, he has also joined the top-5 batsmen who scored the most runs for CSK. In this list, only Suresh Raina, MS Dhoni, Faf du Plessis and current captain Rituraj Gaikwad are beyond him.

Jadeja’s batting average in IPL is around 28, while his strike rate is around 130. He has scored 50 or more runs in IPL 3 times so far and his highest score is 62 runs.

Apart from batting, Jadeja has done wonders in IPL with his bowling too. He has taken a total of 160 wickets in the T20 league so far. Out of these, 133 wickets have been taken for CSK, which is the second best performance after Dwayne Bravo (140 wickets), who took the most wickets for the team.

Now he has become the first player in the world to score 3000 runs in the history of the competition and take 100 wickets.
