Delhi: In the 52nd match of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2025 being played at M Chinnaswamy Stadium, Bangalore, Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) scored 213 runs for 5 wickets in 20 overs, batting vigorously against Chennai Super Kings (CSK). In response, the Chennai team reached the end of the match but but remained 2 runs away from the target and could only score 211 runs at the loss of 5 wickets in 20 overs.

Dhoni won the toss and decided to bowl first, but the RCB batsmen proved this decision wrong. In particular, Romario Shepherd, batting in a stormy style in the last over, hit 53 runs in just 14 balls and also scored the second fastest half -century in IPL history.
