Delhi: The 20th match of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2025 is being played today i.e. April 7 at the Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai, where Mumbai Indians (Mi) is facing Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB). This match is very important for Mumbai, as the team has not been able to perform as expected so far. At the same time, on the other hand, Bangalore has performed brilliantly so far. The team has won two out of three matches and they will try to maintain this rhythm.
In such a situation, former Indian cricketer and commentator Akash Chopra shared his opinion. He said that RCB’s spin bowling against Mumbai could prove to be the biggest weakness of the team.
Talking on his YouTube channel, Akash Chopra said, “There are three bowlers who will do well under these circumstances – Josh Hazlewood likes to bowl here, Bhuvneshwar Kumar also likes the Wankhede pitch, and he also has Yash Dayal. These three bowlers can bowl very well here.”
He added, “Krunal Pandya’s first match was fantastic, but after that his performance has been full of ups and downs. We were trolled first on saying that Bangalore’s spin bowling is weak, but even in the fourth match his spinners could not do anything special. They have to improve their performance.”
