Third umpire decision
The umpire immediately dismissed Ryan and took a review. The third umpire saw the case and in the replay showed that Ryan’s bat contacted the ground. However, the snicometer also showed that there was a slight contact between the ball and the bat, making the third umpire up-field call, which Ryan did not like.
