Delhi: Former Indian cricketer and Royal Challengers Bangalore head coach Sanjay Bangar praised Virat Kohli’s brilliant century innings. Kohli performed his form brilliantly by scoring an unbeaten century against Pakistan in the ICC Champions Trophy 2025.
Sanjay Bangar said about Kohli’s batting, “The way Virat saw the ball till the end and played every ball with full concentration, that was the big reason for his success, this is the same thing that we discussed – to see the ball like an eagle and give 100% on every ball.”
After a poor form in Kohli’s Test series, some people even talked about his retirement. But, Bangar feels that there is still a lot of cricket left in Kohli. He said, “The hunger to score runs in Kohli is still intact. Seeing the kind of innings he played, it is clear that he can play for 3-4 years more comfortably. ”
Virat Kohli is currently in Dubai and is preparing for the next group stage match of India. India’s next match will be played against New Zealand at Dubai International Stadium on 2 March.
