Delhi: Before the first match of the three-match T20 International series between India and Bangladesh on Sunday, Section 163 has been imposed in Gwalior, so that the match can be organized without any hindrance. According to officials, the District Magistrate in his order has banned protests and especially the spread of inflammatory material on social media. This order will remain in force till October 7.

District Magistrate and Collector Ruchika Chauhan issued restrictive orders under Section 163 of the Indian Civil Defense Code on the recommendation of the Superintendent of Police. It has been said in the order that if any person within the limits of the district disrupts the match through social media or tries to incite religious sentiments, then action will be taken against him. Banners, posters, cut-outs and flags with objectionable and inflammatory content have also been banned.
International cricket match will be played in Gwalior after 14 years
On reaching Gwalior, the Hindu Mahasabha opposed the Bangladesh team, showed black flags and raised slogans of ‘go back’. This match will be held at Madhavrao Scindia Cricket Stadium, which will host an international cricket match after 14 years. About 1600 policemen will be deployed for security.
