Delhi: Left-handed batsman and left-arm spinner Senuran Muthusamy (born 22 February 1994) is a South African cricketer who made his international debut for the South Africa cricket team in October 2019. Muthusamy’s family of Indian origin lives in Nagapattinam, India.

domestic career
Muthusamy was included in the KwaZulu-Natal cricket team for the 2015 Africa T20 Cup. Subsequently, in August 2017, he was named in the Cape Town Knight Riders’ squad for the inaugural season of the T20 Global League, but the tournament was postponed and later canceled in October 2017.
In September 2018, he again became part of KwaZulu-Natal’s squad and in April 2021, he was named in North West’s squad for the 2021–22 South Africa cricket season. In March 2022, Muthusamy scored his first century in List A cricket by scoring 100 off 106 balls against Western Province in the opening match of the CSA One-Day Cup.
International career
In August 2019, Muthusamy was selected in South Africa’s squad for the Test series against India. He made his debut in Test cricket against India on 2 October 2019, in which his first Test wicket was of Indian captain Virat Kohli, whom he caught and bowled out for 20 runs. Now he is also a part of the test match against Bangladesh.
