Delhi: In the exciting match of IPL 2025, Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) defeated Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) by 5 wickets. After the match, Sunrisers Hyderabad captain Pat Cummins spoke openly on his team’s performance. He said, “The pitch was a bit different from the previous match, but we had to score fast. Lucknow’s team batted well. It was a good wicket, although the ball was getting a little spin. We had to bat well to reach 190, but we needed a batsman who remained until the entire innings.”
Cummins further said, “Our strategy was good, but the bowlers of Lucknow did not give us a chance to play openly. We came down with 8 batsmen, but we have to perform better. It is a long tournament, we have to learn from our mistakes quickly and move forward.”
