Delhi: The recent terrorist attack in Pahalgam has shocked the whole country. People across the country are mourning this painful incident, and now former India captain Sourav Ganguly has also expressed his deepest condolences to this attack.

Ganguly not only paid tribute to those killed in the attack, but also said to end all relations with Pakistan, taking a tough stand against terrorism.

In a conversation with ANI, he said, “100 percent, relationship with Pakistan should be broken. It is no joke that such attacks take place every year. Now the time has come to take strict steps. Terrorism cannot be tolerated.”

At the same time, Ganguly also wrote on social media, “My thoughts and prayers are with families who lost their loved ones in Pahalgam. The Government of India should take strict action against the culprits. No one should be spared.”

Some media reports claimed that the BCCI wrote a letter to the ICC demanding India not to play in big tournaments against Pakistan. However, those reports were later rejected and no official statement has been revealed on it so far.

Meanwhile, Union Home Minister Amit Shah met the families of the victims in Srinagar and assured them of justice and all possible help.
